Dear Mom!! Take it easy

There are times when we are tired or ill, and the mind is working on auto mode. We get angry on small things. Happens with everyone. 

What I have learnt is that during these times, don't run after your kids for food or sleep. 

Take it easy. 

Because we usually end up scolding kids for not listening to us. It's okay.

Nothing will happen if they don't eat or sleep as per our wish. Take deep breaths or take a small nap. 

You will feel much better and your mind will be in better control of yours.
